The Marina at Grand Harbor
With its ideal location that is protected on all sides from all elements, this lovely, serene marina is a perfect blend of picturesque form and master planned function. Boat owners can rest assured that Grand Harbor provides the safest possible shelter, rain or shine!
The marina is part of a unique harbor system, the groundwork of which was laid in 1940s when the area was dredged to supply fill for the continuation of U.S Highway 1. Excellent flushing action keeps the 25 acres of water at the marina calm and clean. Maybe that's why the manatees can be found making it their home every winter. By educating boaters and strictly monitoring speeds, Grand Harbor has assured the marina is a safe refuge for these endangered creatures as well as for boaters seeking refuge in a storm. We are proud that no manatee accidents have been recorded in our waters.
Unlike other public marinas, Grand Harbor offers controlled access to boat owners within a gated, secured community. Located at MM122 along the Intracoastal midway between Sebastian and Ft. Pierce inlets, boaters have two alternatives for access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as access to the Okeechobee Waterway and Florida's Gulf Coast or the Intracoastal Waterway.
The marina features 130 slips that can accommodate vessels up to 120 feet in length with a draft of six feet at low water. Service includes a state-of-the-art gas or diesel fuel system, golf cart dock delivery, holiday tank pump-out, dockside power of up to 100 amps and 24-hour access. Slips are equipped with water and 110/220-volt outlets. Showers and restrooms are available at the Dockmaster's office.
At the ship's store, boaters can find a full selection of boating supplies, safety equipment and cleaning products. The store's recently expanded stock also includes suntan lotion, an assortment of clothing with beverages and snacks.
The Grand Harbor Marina can be reached on radio frequency VHF Channel 16 and approached via channel marker 122 and mile marker 949 on the Intracoastal Waterway.
